Blogmas Day 21 – Top 10 Christmas Films!

Hey guys! Welcome to another day of Blogmas 2018 and today I’m going over my favourite ever Christmas films! I always think that if you’re struggling to get into the Christmas spirit, there’s nothing better than snuggling into a blanket with a hot chocolate and watching something festive. 🎄📚

There are so many Christmas films out there and it can be so difficult to pick which ones to watch! Everyone has their favourite movie to watch at this time of year and here are mine! Are any of them your favourites too?–

Top 10:

  1. Home Alone (1990)
  2. Love Actually (2003)
  3. Gremlins (1984)
  4. How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000)
  5. Arthur Christmas (2011)
  6. Nativity (2009)
  7. Elf (2003)
  8. National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation (1989)
  9. A Muppet’s Christmas Carol (1992)
  10. The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993)

I think that Home Alone will forever be my favourite Christmas movie! There’s just something about it that never gets old, I could watch it every year for the rest of my life 😂

I always loved the schemes that Kevin comes up with during this movie and Brenda Lee’s Rocking Around the Christmas Tree always gets me in the mood for the festive season, as well as reminding me so vividly of the scene with the ‘party’ that Kevin throws to make it look like the house is busy! 😂

Are any of these movies on your top 10 list? Which ones have I missed out? I’d love to know!

Thank you for checking out my Blogmas 2018 posts and I can’t wait to share the rest with you! Check back tomorrow for more festive fun 🎅🏻

I’d also just like to point out that I don’t want to cause any offence to those who don’t celebrate Christmas, these posts are just a bit of fun to go along with my own personal celebrations.

You can always find me over on Instagram and Twitter if you fancy a book (or Christmas) chat! 😌🎄
