One of my favourite things about being in this community is that everyone is so supportive and lovely! Thank you so so much to the wonderful Amy, Angela, Anna, Molly and Bella-Rose for nominating me to do this post. These ladies should definitely be on your following list as their posts are always wonderful to read and they’re all such brilliant and kind people 💖 If you haven’t checked them out yet I urge you to do so!

Ok, so as I was nominated by five wonderful bloggers, I’m going to try and do 35 facts about myself 😂 Get your cups of tea at the ready!
I have a degree in Ancient and Medieval History.
I wrote my 12,000-word dissertation on Frankish hair patterns – super cool and interesting, I know 😂
I am a huge fan of yoga and pilates (less so of cardio 😂).
I have an older brother (9 years older) who loves to get on my nerves.
I have three cats (Cleo, Twiglet and Truffle – L-R below).
My dream is to work in the book industry in some way.
My favourite animals are elephants and dogs – PSA that you should never ride an elephant x
I love making lists 😂 (to-do lists, shopping lists – anything that I can cross off as it makes me feel productive!)
I can name all of the kings and queens of England (since William the Conqueror) in order of succession. – a really lame party trick!
One of my favourite periods of history is Ancient Egypt – I had a phase of being obsessed with Tutankhamun and managed to bore my parents to death with all of my useless knowledge.
My favourite sport to play is badminton.
I can be such a hoarder, especially for sentimental things – I have boxes of old postcards, birthday/Christmas cards, event tickets, etc.
I really wish I was able to draw.
I’m a huge Disney fan! – My parents and I spent Christmas in Disneyland Paris in 2015 and it was magical 😍
I used to be a synchronised swimmer.
I’d love to be a published author one day – but that would mean I’d have to actually finish one of my WIPs lol 😂
Christmas is my favourite time of year – everyone’s just so festive, I love it!
I love horror movies and reading/watching anything to do with true crime.
I’d much rather be too cold than too hot.
I have a travel bucket list – all of the places I’d love to go and things I’d love to see. Right now, the Northen Lights are at the top of my list!
I’d love to have a big family when I’m older – my family is pretty small with quite a few of them choosing not to have children so I’d love to be the opposite.
I love to bake (even though my cupcake icing skills are awful) – I’ve also recently been getting more into cooking proper meals as well.
Throughout my time at university, I managed to never iron any of my clothes 😂 – my mom hates this and can’t understand how I did it.
I love to travel (and have been lucky enough to visit quite a few European countries and Thailand in South East Asia). – below are some pictures from my visit to Phuket Elephant Sanctuary in Thailand a.k.a the best day ever!
I used to be obsessed with paranormal romance books – I’m blaming this on the release of the Twilight movie when I was 11.
I used to be almost conversational in French – I’m now very rusty but would love to pick it up again 😂
I love books and films that make me cry.
I’m a sucker for new stationery and love a glittery notebook.
I procrastinate getting things done because I don’t think I’ll do them well enough.
I don’t know what I’d do without Netflix – it’s so useful for passing the time, or chilling out with something when you don’t want to pay too much attention.
There are currently 318 books on my bookshelves.
I love watching baking competitions – GBBO is my fave.
I have photographs of myself with friends and family all over my room.
I loved reading the Harry Potter series when I was younger and had a HP themed 16th birthday party.
I’m also most definitely a Ravenclaw 😂
Phew! 35 facts about me! That was actually much harder to write than I thought it would be 😂 Thank you for sticking around this long! Do any of these things apply to you as well? I’d love to know!
